Riesling Vendanges Tardives 2015


Brilliant, young and intense robe with a vigorous green tint. Bouquet with delicately aromatic hints of citrus fruits, grapefruit, yellow lemon, and a light mineral background. To the palate, it is a rush of tasting pleasure, luscious and mellow, by virtue of the structure of noble acidity that only the riesling grape-variety can express. A unique moment of refined taste. To drink on its own or with dainty fresh-fruit pies. Accompanies also meat dishes or slightly sweet and sour or tart fish dishes.



Clayey soil. The vineyard is cultivated based upon Alsatian tradition and  the « A.O.C. Crémant d’Alsace » specifications are followed. The harvest is done by hand –pressing is carefully undertaken with pneumatic presses.


Fermentation temperature is controlled by cooling – Ageing 8 to 10 months in century old oak casks – Bottling after tangential filtration – Storage in bottles in our cellars at stable temperature.


To drink for itself, or with fresh fruits pies. It can also be served with meat or fish dishes slightly sweet-and-sour or acidulous.


15 to 20 years. Serving temperature 8 to 10° C


Intense robe, bright and yellow, with green tints. Bouquet with citrus fruits notes, grapefruit, yellow citrus, subtly aromatic with just a touch of minerality. The palate is a confusion of gustative pleasures, tasty and mellow, thanks to the noble acidity that only the Riesling grape is able to express. A unique moment of refinement!
