Description

SOIL, GROWING METHODS AND HARVEST

Clay-limestone terroir. The vines are grown using traditional Alsace methods, respecting the “AOC Alsace” specifications. Harvests are manual – pressing is carried out with pneumatic presses for very gentle extraction.

VINIFICATION

Fermentation in temperature-controlled vats – Ageing in barrels made from 100-year-old oak for 8 to10 months – Bottling after tangential filtration – Bottles are kept in our cellars at constant temperature.

MATCHING FOOD & WINE

A light, fresh wine to be enjoyed with grilled dishes, barbecues, mixed salads and throughout the summer.

WHEN TO DRINK

1 to 3 years. Recommended serving temperature: 10 to 12°C (50 to 54°F).
