The vines are grown using traditional Alsace methods, respecting the “AOC Alsace” specifications.
The estate has taken the step towards organic farming by starting its conversion in 2019.
Always mindful of the environment, we work our soils in order to preserve biodiversity in our plots.
Yields are controlled in order to have the pure expression of each of our terroirs.
HARVEST & WINE-MAKING
Manual harvesting to protect our grapes, followed by pneumatic pressing allows us to press the grapes gently, for a fine extraction of high quality.
Fermentation temperatures are controlled by cooling.
After maturing for a few months in our stainless steel tanks, our wines are bottled after a fine tangential filtration to stabilize them.
Storage in bottles in our cellars at a constant temperature.

On the nose, one perceives a dominant scent of candied fruit, exotic, mango, lychee, honey, flowers, rose and spices: Sichuan pepper.
The palate is dense, ample and mellow. The finish is long and lively. The balance is monumental and very tasty, tasty. The fruit is precise, exuberant, just right.
WINE AND FOOD
Gastronomic wine, which goes well with cooking that can be exotic, expressive and slightly spicy.
Very nice with white meat dishes served with light sweet and sour sauces but also with strong cheese,
5 to 8 years. Serving temperature 8 to 10° C
