The " Bott Frères" wines from Alsace
The Bott Frères' vineyards are established on a great variety of soils, allowing the authentic expression of the different grapes of Alsace : Sylvaner, Pinot Blanc, Muscat, Riesling, Pinot Gris, Pinot Noir, Gewurztraminer.
The Bott family proposes three great wines which must meet very strict specifications:
- The Riesling "Kirchberg de Ribeauvillé" is a wine which is the pride of the Bott Frères cellar.
With time, its elegant bouquet develops the remarkable flavours which are characteristic of marno-limestone soils. It goes perfectly with noble fish.

- The Riesling "OSTERBERG" results from clayey and stony ground. In growing old it elaborates stone flavours with a fine, flinty taste and has a nose with fruit and floral notes. It is a dry wine in mouth, to be enjoyed with sauerkraut and seafood...

- The Pinot Gris  "GLOECKELBERG" derives from a small and very old parcel. It surprises by its smoothness, its lightness and its elegance. It may be appreciated with foie gras or with openers.

In cellar:
Pinot Blanc, Sylvaner, Pinot Noir, Muscat : 3 years
Riesling, Pinot Gris, Gewurztraminer : 5 to 6 years even more.
